Materials

1 egg
200 grams of room temperature butter
1 teacup of oil
3 glasses of clear flour
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
5 tablespoons of wheat starch

Preparation

Transfer 200 grams of room temperature butter into a deep kneading bowl. After adding 1 egg and 1 tea glass of oil on it, whisk it until it has a smooth consistency. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of wheat starch, 1 pack of baking powder, 1 pack of vanillin and 3 cups of clear flour little by little and knead until you have a dough that will not stick to the hand. Take a large piece of cookie dough and roll it on the counter to form a 2 finger-thick roll. Cut off the edges. Then shape it by passing over it with the help of a fork. Cut 3 finger-wide pieces with the help of a knife. Transfer to baking tray. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 15 minutes until they are lightly browned and colored. After cooling, sift the powdered sugar and serve.
